What it is
We set up and look after Xero for your business: setting it up, connecting it to the other systems you use, tidying what is already in it, and looking after it as you use it.
We aren’t accountants, so we don’t prepare accounts, payroll or tax returns. For those, you need your accountant. Xero is the only accounting software we work with.
Who it suits
A business that uses Xero, or is about to, and wants it set up properly and looked after by someone who knows how it works.
What is included
- Setting up Xero for your business
- Connecting Xero to the other systems you use
- Tidying what is already in Xero, such as contacts, bank feeds and settings
- Looking after Xero as you use it, as ongoing work agreed with you at the start
It is not accountancy. We do not do bookkeeping, payroll, GST or tax returns, and we do not give accounting or tax advice. The scope and the price are set out in a written engagement before the work starts.

What we would do and what it would cost comes before any work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
If it is not for us, we say so
Some things are better done by someone else. We will tell you straight, and point you to someone who can help where we can.
