- The scope and the price are set out in a written engagement before the work starts.

We reply by phone or email, whichever you gave us, and talk through what you need before we say what we would do. Nothing is agreed or paid by sending an enquiry.

What we would do and what it would cost comes before any work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
If it is not for us, we say so
Some things are better done by someone else. We will tell you straight, and point you to someone who can help where we can.
What to have handy

- What you re-key, or what you would like to happen by itself
- Who would use it: your staff, your customers or your suppliers
- Examples, such as a form, a spreadsheet or a screenshot, if they help
None of it is essential. A few lines on what you need is enough.
