Business services

How an enquiry works

Four steps, and nothing is agreed until you say so. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

  1. Tell us what you need

Use the enquiry form. Business services is already chosen when you come from these pages. It asks for:

    • your name and your organisation
    • one way to reach you: a phone number or an email address is enough
    • a few lines on what you need help with, including which service it is about

You can attach up to six files, up to 25 MB each, such as a form, a spreadsheet or an example of what you have in mind. If you would rather not use the form, ring or text 022 693 9101, or email office@baselinemapping.co.nz.

  2. We talk it through

We reply within one working day, by phone or email, whichever you gave us, and we go through what you need before we say what we would do.

Nothing is agreed or paid by sending an enquiry, or by talking it through.

  3. You hear what it would cost

What we would do and what it would cost comes before any work starts. If you go ahead, the work is agreed in a written engagement for that job, which sets out the scope and the price.

You decide whether to go ahead.

  4. If it is not for us, we say so

Some things are better done by someone else. We will tell you straight, and point you to someone who can help where we can.

Before you send anything

An enquiry needs no passwords or sign-in details. Please leave them out: a few lines on what you need is enough to start.

What to have handy, by service

None of it is essential. Each service’s page lists what helps us understand the job:

What happens to your enquiry

Your enquiry comes to us, and an enquiry we take forward is copied into our customer records. Our privacy policy says who holds it and where.

Our Terms of trade say which of their clauses also apply to business services, unless the written engagement for the job says otherwise.

Got something to sort out?

Tell us what it is. We will say whether we can help and how we would go about it.
