Nothing is paid on the enquiry form. We confirm a final quote for the site and the records you supply, and a delivery date, before you pay. Standard orders are paid in full, upfront, by bank transfer. Your first draft will be with you within ten working days of payment, and we tell you which week your job is booked for before you pay.

How the price works
From $950, for one agreed site.
A Turf Map is priced per agreed site. The price starts at From $950, and we confirm a final quote for your site and the records you supply before you pay.
Each site has its own agreed scope, even when your organisation manages several. Tell us about all of them in one enquiry and we will scope each one.
Prices are in NZD and exclude GST. No New Zealand GST is charged on a site outside New Zealand, and the price is the same. Remote mapping is worldwide, subject to suitable imagery and source licensing.
What helps us scope it
- Where the site is, and where it ends: a boundary marked on any map or plan we can read
- Which surfaces matter to you, such as playing fields, practice areas or fine turf
- Asset and management records you want on the map, such as irrigation or drainage plans, as you have them
- One person to review the draft
- Any deadline
Know what you are getting
Mapped remotely, from imagery and your records.
We map from existing imagery, terrain data and records you supply. We do not visit the site, and we do not currently offer drone or GPS capture. Corrections within the agreed scope, asked for within six months of the first draft, are part of the job.
Irrigation, drainage and other asset layers reflect the records they were drawn from; they do not locate buried services. Mapping supports management decisions and does not replace a legal survey or agronomy advice.
Elevation, contours and slope can be added for a site we have mapped, where suitable elevation data is available. How terrain works.
