01 · Establish the picture
A clear course overview, hole sheets and surface areas for everyday planning, with your management and mowing zones, the irrigation and drainage records you supply, and operational map sheets. Choose your course size and you see its price.
We confirm your boundary, source data and delivery date before preparing your order. Your first draft will be with you within ten working days of payment, and we tell you which week your job is booked for before you pay. The enquiry form asks whether your club is volunteer-run.

A course is priced at the biggest size that is not more than its hole count, so a 12-hole course is priced at 9 holes. A course with fewer than nine holes is priced at 9. Courses over 36 holes, and tree inventories, are quoted.
Every Course Map, every size
Clubs, course managers and greenkeepers who want one clear picture of the course: every surface measured, a sheet for every hole, and the zones and records the greens staff work from. A mapped course is also what Forever for a course starts from.

02 · Keep it current
Forever for a golf course: $890 a year per course, excluding GST, with three hours of updates each subscription year. For a course we have already mapped, it will keep a hosted course map and current tables. Additional work is agreed and quoted before it starts.
Forever for a golf course is enquiry only for now. The hosted course map and tables are being built, and Forever opens for sign-up when they are ready. Talk to us and we will tell you where it is up to.

Community rate for volunteer-run clubs with no full-time paid staff (self-declared): $445 per year, excluding GST.
Once Forever opens, online access continues while the subscription is active. When it ends, you receive a ZIP of your delivered files and online downloads stop. Reactivation restores access; after 24 inactive months the hosted files move to archive.

A Turf Map is one agreed site: surface areas, an overview and mapped data, with your supplied management and asset layers brought into operational sheets. We confirm a final quote for the site and supplied records. Your first draft will be with you within ten working days of payment, and we tell you which week your job is booked for before you pay.

Add terrain products to a course or site we have mapped, where suitable elevation data is available. In New Zealand this can include validated LINZ terrain data. We assess the source before agreeing the work. How terrain works.

All prices are in NZD and exclude GST. No New Zealand GST is charged on a course or site outside New Zealand, and the price is the same. Standard orders are paid fully upfront after scope and source suitability are confirmed. Each property has its own agreed scope, even when your organisation manages several sites.
We map from existing imagery, terrain data and records you supply. Irrigation and drainage layers reflect those records; they do not locate buried services. We do not currently offer drone or GPS capture. Mapping supports management decisions and does not replace a legal survey or agronomy advice.
