What the pack includes

• A clean overview sheet of the property, built from your current approved map
• Block, paddock or land-use sheets, agreed with you and your agent
• Print-ready PDFs your agent can use in the listing and the sale documents
• Delivery date agreed when you order

Not mapped with us yet?

The pack uses an existing approved map, so the price stays low. If we have not mapped the property, start with a Baseline map ($750) and add the pack once it is approved, or ask us to quote the sale sheets on their own.

For agencies: listing maps

A listing map is per listing, not per farm, and the property does not have to be one we have mapped. $550 a listing, delivered in five working days, with one round of revisions and A3 and A4 sheets plus a web image set sized for the listing.

Listing ten or more rural properties a year? Agree that up front and it is $475 a listing, in three working days, with your agency template set up free. Otherwise the template is a one-off $250. Standard orders are paid upfront.

The disclaimer, because it matters in this market

Every sheet states that boundaries and areas are indicative, not a survey, and subject to title. Where title boundaries are shown they come from LINZ records. That protects the vendor and the agency at least as much as it protects us.
